I am a therapist and counsellor currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology, focusing on sexual offending behaviour and rehabilitation. I am a Certified Member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and a member of American Society for Sexuality Educators, Counsellors, and Therapists (AASECT).

My professional experience includes working as the Clincal Director of The Point Canada Inc., a psychotherapy clinic based in Ontario, where I worked with clients with trauma, parolee’s and adults with sexual health concerns. I have also worked within His Majesty’s Cayman Islands Prison Service, providing individual and group therapy to male and female inmates, deepening my expertise in psychological disorders and trauma recovery.

I am an Eye-Movement-Desentitization-Reprocessing (EMDR) trained therapist working with both children and adults. For children, I integrate play therapy with EMDR to create engaging, meaningful sessions. I also use a psychodynamic approach (exploring past influences) and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to help clients navigate challenges.

With clinical experience and education in sexual health, I support both men and women in navigating a wide range of concerns, including intimacy challenges, sexual dysfunction and sexual trauma, including sexual abuse and rape victims. I also offers psychoeducation around sexual health and safety, creating a non-judgmental space to explore these vulnerable topics.

I am also able to provide psychotherapeutic support to individuals on parole who need continued guidance as they reintegrate into society. With a strong commitment to rehabilitation, my approach respects the continuum of care for those involved in the correctional system. I believes in treating the whole person, beginning with early life experiences and addressing the challenges that carry through into adulthood.
