Emma Donaldson

EDUCATION CONSULTANT

I am a Senior Lecturer in Education and an education consultant specialising in inclusive curriculum design and support for diverse learners. With over 18 years’ experience across university, community and consultancy settings, I  bring deep expertise in neurodiversity, additional needs and equitable learning practices.

My work focuses on designing engaging, accessible learning experiences that support children and learners who are often overlooked.I have led and co-designed large-scale online learning programs in areas such as autism and mental health, working closely with lived experience communities to ensure approaches are both research-informed and practical.

Alongside my academic role, I am the Director of Colours of Grey Matters, an international education consultancy delivering strategic advice, training and program development across Australia, the United States and the Caribbean. Through my work with Chatterbox, she I support inclusive education practices, curriculum development and tailored approaches for children with additional needs.

I bring a strong strategic lens to my work, underpinned by an Executive MBA and am committed to creating learning environments where every child feels supported, understood and able to thrive.
