English and English as a Second Language (ESL) Teacher

Hello. My name is Andy, and I am an English and English as a Second Language (ESL) instructor. I teach English to students and professionals looking to improve their language and communication skills. I teach English language and ESL skills to individuals and organisations’ employees who are trying to learn a new language or improve their second language skills. This includes pronunciation, speaking, public speaking, conversation, presentation and teaching skills, English for academic purposes, Business specific communication skills, listening, reading, writing, email writing, report writing, research paper writing, creative writing, grammar and vocabulary building. I have a proven track record working with universities and professional organisations teaching from zero-level beginners to advanced levels working with line employees, managers, directors and C-level executives.

I love being able to open the door and help people unlock the secrets and ever-expanding horizons a new language holds. I am always amazed and humbled by the incredible personal histories and achievements of the people who I teach. I bring my passion for education and learning into the classroom by providing a positive learning environment that encourages interaction, critical thinking and effective communication.

When I’m not writing or teaching, you can find me underwater. I am an avid freediver and scuba diver spending much of my free time in the ocean. To complement my love of the natural world, I support coral restoration, stony coral tissue disease treatment, shark preservation and other environmentally friendly projects.
